Minors package can be consumed in specialty restaurants too if the minor’s family/group purchased the Easy Plus or Premium Extra packages.

Can drinks packages be used on islands?
If guests wish to dine together at the same table, whether traveling in separate cabins as individuals or as part of a group, is it necessary for them to reserve the same drinks package?
Yes, in order for all guests to dine together at the restaurant, they must all subscribe to the same drinks package.
This means that if one guest chooses a certain drinks package, all other guests who wish to dine together with them must book the same type of drinks package (Easy, Premium, ...).
This ensures a consistent dining experience for all members of the group. This includes minors, for whom the Minors Package must be booked.

If an adult purchases a drinks package, are underage guests required to do the same thing as well?

What drink package is included in the MSC Yacht Club?
Can I purchase a drink package before my cruise?
Yes, all drink packages can be purchased before the cruise at a discounted rate compared to onboard prices.
If I choose a drink not included in the package, do I pay a full price?
No. Guests who purchase alcoholic all-inclusive beverage packages Easy, Easy Plus, or Premium Extra, and who want to enjoy cocktails, spirits and/or wines by the glass that are not included in their package, will pay only the price difference between the package allowance and the à la carte price of ordered drinks.

Terms and Conditions - RSA
- Only valid for cruises during the South African local season. Packages cannot be booked less than 3 days prior to departure. Brands may vary over time.
- All prices are subject to currency fluctuations and may change without prior notice. Packages can be withdrawn and/or amended without prior notice.
- Prices will be confirmed at time of booking. Standard terms and conditions apply. Pre-paid packages are not refundable, transferable and cannot be
redeemed for cash.
Terms & Conditions International
Availability of Drink packages and prices may vary per sailing. Packages are sold on a per cruise basis and not a per day or any other basis. Pricing applies to each day of the cruise, except for disembarkation day. Once activated on board, packages cannot be terminated or refunded. Packages must be booked by all guests occupying the same stateroom, and who are traveling together and wishing to dine at the same table. This includes minors, for whom the Minors Package must be booked. Packages are not obligatory for infants under three years of age.
The following exclusions apply; tobacco, souvenir glasses, ice cream menu, retail items, minibar, room service, promotions, and signature venues, including Venchi 1878 establishments, Lavazza Coffee Shops, Jean Philippe Chocolate, Coffee, Crepes & Gelato, regardless of beverage price.
Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. See the terms of our Guest Alcohol Policy for more information. Beverages and liquors may be substituted based on availability and itinerary. Other conditions & terms may apply.
