OPPIWATER ARTS FESTIVAL 2025

Our arts festival on board a ship, The Oppiwater Arts Festival, will set sail for the eleventh year on board the luxurious MSC Musica in 2025, featuring the best theatre, drama, comedy, song, music, opera, and dance! This is the best way to attend an arts festival because your food and accommodation are already included in your cabin fare.

Please note that the Oppiwater fee gives you access to the festival but does not include individual tickets to any of the productions. By paying the Oppiwater entertainment fee, you do, however, get access to subsidized tickets (from R50.00 to R190.00 per ticket instead of the commercial prices of R190.00 to R290.00 per ticket). Tickets to the various productions must be booked at LTickets.co.za preferably before boarding. The festival program will be announced on 1 October 2024, and some of the best productions and artists in the country are already confirmed. Festival-goers are advised to book their tickets early at LTickets.co.za. Tickets will be available on board at $15.00 per ticket (approximately R300.00), so it is advisable to book your tickets in South Africa at LTickets.co.za.

By booking for the Oppiwater Arts Festival, you and your spouse/partner give permission to MSC Cruises to share your personal information with the organizers of the Oppiwater Arts Festival. Vir die elfde keer gaan ons Kunsskippie weer vaar en gaan ons feesgangers heerlik fees hou aanboord die mooie en luukse MSC Musica met teater, toneel, komedie, sang, musiek en dans. Hierdie is die ideale manier om ‘n Kunstefees by te woon, want jou kos en verblyf is reeds by die prys ingesluit!

NB: Neem asseblief kennis dat die Oppiwater-fooi jou toegang gee tot die Oppiwater Kunstefees, maar dit sluit GEEN individuele kaartjies na produksies in nie. Met jou Oppiwater-fooi, kry jy wel gesubsidieerde en goedkoper kaartjies (van R50.00 tot R190.00 per kaartjie in teenstelling met kommersiële kaartjies van R190.00 tot R290.00).  Kaartjies vir die verskillende produksie moet apart bespreek word by LTickets.co.za. Die Feesprogram word op 1 Oktober 2024 bekendgestel, en van die voorste produksies en kunstenaars in die land is reeds bevestig. Feesgangers word aangeraai om vroegtydig hulle kaartjies by LTickets.co.za te bespreek. Daar sal kaartjies op die MSC Splendida beskikbaar wees teen $15 (ongeveer R300.00) per kaartjie, so dit is beslis wys om eerder vroegtydig hier in Suid-Afrika by LTickets.co.za te bespreek.

Vrywaring: Geadverteerde aktiwiteite en kunstenaars word deur die organiseerders beplan en is bykomend tot die normale vermaaklikheid en aktiwiteite aangebied deur MSC Splendida en MSC Cruises.  Bykomende aktiwiteite en kunstenaars soos beplan deur die organiseerders kan te enige tyd verander sonder vooraf kennisgewing aan passasiers.
